1.Does Dagne Dovers ship internationally?
We do! Note that shipments may experience delays due to the holiday season, and the length of the delay is dependent on each country’s local delivery abilities. Please note that we don’t offer free returns for international orders.
2.My Order says it was delivered but I never received it.
If you purchased Carbon Offset + Shipping Protection and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, you can initiate a claim here. All you need is your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.
If you chose to opt out of Shipping Protection, you can reach out to us at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com, and we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. In the event that the carrier claim is not approved, Dagne Dover will not be able to refund or replace the order.
3.My package was marked undeliverable. What happens now?
If your package wasn’t able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!
4.Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we’ve partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under €135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
5.What should I do if my shipping address is incorrect after placing an order?
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed. If there’s an issue with your shipping address, reach out to our customer service team right away at vpprnoflen@iubridge.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Express payment methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal will automatically use your default address, so it’s important to ensure it’s up to date in your account on these platforms.
6.Can I return an item purchased on sale?
We accept returns in accordance with our return policy on any items not marked “Final Sale”
7.How long will it take to receive my refund? And where will my refund go?
A refund will be issued once we’ve received your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise noted. Gift cards and reward points are refunded first if more than one method of payment was used. Credit card refunds may take up to 3 business days to be completed and appear on your bank statement. Carbon Offset + Shipping Protection is non-refundable.
